"This just didn’t mix that well for..."
This just didn’t mix that well for me. No matter how much I shook it, it stayed kind of clumpy and had a gritty texture. What’s more annoying is the way the policy seems to have little loopholes that make it harder to do anything about it once you’ve tried it. I get there have to be rules, but it’s frustrating when the product doesn’t work out and you’re basically stuck with it.

"Testing info is there, but it could be easier to find"
I can't say I don't appreciate that Muscle Feast mentions third-party testing and has some certifications. That definitely made me feel better about ordering. But I do wish the test results and cert details were easier to find for each product and batch. It isn't a bad setup, just not as clear as it could be for regular buyers like me

"Good product, but the packaging worried me"
My order arrived quickly, which I appreciated, but the tub was a little dented and the seal looked kind of loose when I opened the package. Luckily, nothing had spilled, so I still decided to use it, and the product itself seems totally fine. I just wish it had been packed a bit more securely, because seeing it arrive like that made me feel a little disappointed and unsure at first

The return was sorted out really quickly... I was kind of expecting a bit of back and forth, but nope, no hassle at all. Refund came through fast and the whole thing was just easy.

"Really easy to stay in control of my subscription"
I’m always a little cautious with subscriptions because I don’t want to get stuck with unexpected charges or deliveries I can’t use. But this was super easy to manage. I was able to pause my subscription and change my delivery date without any hassle, and the updates showed up in my account right away.

"Clean protein, easy yes from me"
I’ve been using Muscle Feast whey for a while now, and my snap judgment is that it’s just a solid, clean protein. It mixes well, doesn’t have that weird artificial taste, and the label is actually straightforward. Biggest win for me is no stomach issues, which is usually where I decide fast if I’m sticking with something or not.

I’ve been taking their whey and creatine for a few months now and I’m actually starting to notice a difference, my recovery feels smoother, my lifts are creeping up bit by bit, I’m not dealing with any weird stomach issues, and it just feels like one of those things that’s quietly been helping enough that I’m definitely going to keep using it.

"Good value for the price"
I’ve been happy with it so far. The prices are fair, and the protein lasts me a good while, so I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. No real complaints at this point, but if the price jumps too much or the quality drops, I’d probably start looking somewhere else

"Fast shipping, just a tiny hiccup"
My order showed up quickly, which I definitely appreciated, and the box was in good shape when it arrived. The only small downside was that the tracking updates were a little vague for a day or two, so I wasn’t totally sure when to expect it. But overall, everything got here safely and faster than I thought, so I’m happy with it...

"Customer service was solid"
I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message and heard back in maybe a few hours or so. Not instant, but faster than I figured it would be. The person who replied was friendly and actually answered my question instead of just sending a generic response. I’m taking off 1 star because I did have to follow up once, but after that they got it sorted out just fine.

It mixed okay, so I thought it might be fine, but the chocolate flavor really threw me off. It tasted kind of weird and left this bitter aftertaste that I couldn’t get past. I felt a little left in the dark because I wasn’t expecting it to taste that rough. Just not for me

I expected to have to squint or search around for the ingredient info, but the labels are really clear. It makes checking what’s in it quick and stress-free.

"Everything I want is always out of stock"
I do like a few of the products, but it feels like the stuff I actually want is out of stock way too often. I’ll check back days later and it’s still unavailable, so I usually just end up ordering from somewhere else. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re trying to stick to a routine, and it kind of gives the feeling that there’s no real person there keeping an eye on things.

I tried ordering some protein, but the checkout kept freezing on me, and when I went back, my cart had changed. I usually trust my instinct when a site starts acting weird like that, this didn’t feel very smooth. I did eventually get the order through, but the confirmation email took forever to show up.
